US domestic shipping

While our pieces are thoughtfully crafted by our production partners abroad, each one is inspected, packaged, and shipped with care from our studio in the U.S.

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on its way. Please allow a few additional days during holidays or new collection launches as every order is handled with the utmost intention.

International shipping

At this time, we’re only able to ship within the United States as we continue to grow our small studio operations. We hope to offer international shipping soon. In the meantime, subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand worldwide, or reach out to athadeva.ritual@gmail.com for a custom quote.

Returns & Exchanges FAQ

What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds. Because we’re a small, 100% self-funded studio, we can currently offer exchanges only for broken or defective pendants.

What qualifies for an exchange?

  • The pendant arrived broken or defective, or became defective with normal use within 15 days of delivery.

  • The item must include its original packaging and your order number.

How do I request an exchange?

Email athadeva.ritual@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with:

  1. your order number,

  2. a brief description of the issue, and

  3. clear photos of the pendant and packaging. We’ll review and reply with next steps.

What isn’t covered?

  • Normal wear, scratches, or tarnish from use or storage

  • Items not in original packaging or showing normal signs of wear

  • Requests made after 15 days of delivery

When will I receive my replacement?

Once your exchange is approved and the original pendant is received and inspected, we’ll send a replacement of the same style (subject to availability).

What if my order was a gift?

Please include the giver’s name and email with your message so we can locate the order and assist with an exchange.
